This year’s AADA National Dealer Convention will be held at the RACV Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast, Queensland from Thursday 9th to Sunday 12th September 2010 inclusive.

The convention theme this year "Meet the Challenge" will be covered in a range of workshops that will help you adopt best practice methodologies that will not only invigorate your business, but will improve your bottom line.

Planning is well under-way and I am pleased to advise that we are now accepting applications from exhibitors for “Australia’s Premier Auto Industry Event”.

The marketing brochure for this years convention will be being circulated to every member of the AADA Australia-wide, and, as usual the program will play host to some of the most influential and entertaining local and international speakers, as well as an outstanding social program.

Booths highlighted in red on the Trade Exhibit Map have already been secured, so to avoid disappointment you must act now!. Please note there is a limit of two booths per company (each booth is 3 x 2m).

Fees for trade booths are as below and additional delegate passes will be at the published rate.

FEES FOR CONVENTION TRADE EXHIBIT

Bump in for trade exhibitors will be on Wednesday 8 September from 2:00pm onwards only.

To secure a prime position select your booth/s from the map, then download and complete the attached AADA Trade Display Booking Form as indicated and fax to: (03) 9576 7277 without delay. Booths will be allocated on a “first in, first served basis”. Obviously, we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
