Day 1

Arrive in Beijing and transfer to hotel.

Evening
Transfers to Quanjude - guests will get their first glimpse of Tiannamen Square on the way. Qanjude was established in 1864 and makes the most authentic Peking Duck in the world. A private room will be ready for your arrival.

Day 2

Morning
This morning coaches will leave the hotel to the auto show, delegate registration for this will be found in your hotel room on arrival.

Historic Great Wall Tour
Coaches will leave the hotel and take the delegates to China’s historic Great Wall.

Evening
A cocktail hour has been arranged to assist with networking and to answer any questions delegates have about their trip.

Day 3

Morning
Transfers to the auto show.

Afternoon
Coaches will leave the auto show for a dealership visit and tour with time for questions with senior staff.

Evening
One hour cocktail networking in the hotel.

Day 4

Morning
Transfer to the auto show

Afternoon
Transfers from the auto show back to hotel.

Evening
To finish coaches will take the group to the best restaurant in town - LAN Club, designed by Phillip Stark, the décor, food, service and atmosphere make it an amazing night. Most delegates will probably wish to take a tour of the restaurant and are more than welcome to do so.
